Job Description

We are hiring a full-time SEO Analyst to join our corporate marketing team in Grand Rapids, MI . This position is onsite only —remote work is not available.
What You’ll Do:
Plan and implement effective SEO strategies for website content and structure
Monitor SEO performance and recommend improvements
Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitive analysis
Manage technical SEO tools: sitemaps, feeds, webmaster tools
Build and manage link-building campaigns
Analyze backlink profiles and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with the Google Analytics team to interpret and act on web performance data
Research and recommend tools for SEO and social media improvement
Stay current with SEO and digital marketing trends
Work closely with other marketing team members to meet department goals
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
SEO certification
1–3 years of professional or internship experience in SEO/SEM
Proficiency in:
SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner
Basic HTML/CSS
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with Google’s Webmaster Guidelines
Experience in the multifamily housing industry is a plus
What We Offer:
$50,000 – $57,000/year (Based on Experience)
