This is a 11-week paid learning experience during which youll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. Finance at T-Mobile offers a fast-paced and team-focused environment that will grow your Finance and leadership skills as you help craft the success of the Un-carrier. You will work across the different functions at T-Mobile and make a difference in how we do business. This internship gives you the chance to strengthen your skills while leading process improvements and supporting key initiatives that influence the future of the Magenta Services Center. What you will do

• Build dashboards reports and presentations that track service performance metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects that improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance employee experience.
• Explore ways to leverage AI and automation within a finance shared services environment supporting projects that improve efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelors program in Finance Accounting or Business Administration.

• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
• Outstanding data analysis organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal work ethic and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
• Exposure to or interest in AI automation or digital tools that enhance business processes.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who is curious adaptable and eager to learn in a team-focused culture.

-At least 18 years of age
-Legally authorized to work in the United States
-High School Diploma or GED
-Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
-Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on experience/location.
